The Vibe App Store provides a platform for users to submit, share, and discover applications created with AI assistance. While we aim to foster a creative and supportive environment, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of applications submitted by users.

If you submit an application to our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights to the application and its content
• The application does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• The application does not contain malicious code, viruses, or other harmful components
• The application complies with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to remove any application from our platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VibeApp.store and its licensors.
